Here's an outdoor adventure that you won’t believe. For the past 16 years Mr. Bill has been challenging people to endure the elements and build their body and mind. If it rains, wear a hat. If it snows, bring a shovel. No two classes are ever the same. Mr. Bill will surprise you with what he can find within your body. Expose your body to a positive stress on a consistent basis, and your body has no choice but to adapt. Can you take what he dishes out? This is a “no slacker” event. You can do it!
Mr. Bill wants YOU to commit to be fit and enlist in his 12-week Boot Camp Program. Need an extra push or more motivation? Mr. Bill is bringing it 3 days a week, rain or shine, light or darkness. Boot Camp runs all year long. So get up and get down with Mr. Bill for this challenging 60-minute workout that is geared to all ability levels.
