motivation? Mr Bill is bringing it 3 days a week, rain or shine, light or dark, hot or cold. Boot Camp runs all year long.
If it's raining, wear a hat. If it's snowing, bring a shovel! So get up and get down with Mr. Bill for this challenging
60-minute workout that is geared to all ability levels.
Running, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, sprints, sightseeing, and so much more! No two workouts are
ever the same. Do your best, and your body has no choice but to adapt. You will see results!
Gym Members $10 per class, Non Gym Members $20 per class. Packages available.
